1. Processing Time

  • Order Verification, Tailoring, Quality Check, and Packaging.
    • All orders are sent to the manufacturer for dispatch within 24 hours after the order is placed. The manufacturer processes the orders, which takes an additional 2–4 days.

2. Shipping Time

  • Domestic Shipping (USA):
    • Standard Shipping: 3–5 business days.
    • Expedited Shipping: 1–3 business days (additional charge).
  • International Shipping:
    • Standard International: 10–20 business days.
    • Expedited International: 5–10 business days (additional charge).

3. Shipping Costs

  • Shipping costs are calculated based on the weight and dimensions of your order, as well as the destination. The final shipping cost will be displayed at checkout.

4. Customs and Import Taxes

  • Buyers are responsible for any customs and import taxes that may apply. We're not responsible for delays due to customs.

5. Tracking Your Order

  • You will receive a shipment confirmation email once your order has shipped containing your tracking number(s). The tracking number will be active within 24 hours.

6. Damaged or Lost Orders

  • In the rare event that your order arrives damaged or is lost during shipping, please contact us immediately to discuss a refund or replacement.

7. Changes to Order

  • Once an order is in production, we are unable to make any changes to the product or shipping details.
